They've spent most of their lives living in San Antonio, Texas but also spent nine years in Sacramento, California and now live in Seattle, Washington.  </B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Their son-in-law Nathan Webb introduced them to Home Dog Training in 2000.  Julio and Sofie completed the Jay Rapp Home Dog Training course in Colorado Springs, Colorado and have been certified as Instructors in the American Method of Dog Training since 2001.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>The Home Dog Training method, which uses voice corrections and positive reinforcement techniques, has proven to be very successful.  These methods, which differ from most other training methods in the industry, are eliminating unwanted pet behaviors.
